From Nowhere to No.1 in 7 days!
Following on from our earlier Web Design Showcase article, and just 1 week after Hart Design launched a brand new website for Aztec Builders, we are pleased to report that their rankings in Google.co.nz (pages from New Zealand) have gone from obscurity to visibility in next to no time! And most impressively, for the keyword "school building renovation", aztecbuilders.co.nz came out on top!
That's position number 1 in Google.co.nz, after just 7 days. Their old website did not rank in the top 100 listings (that's the first 10 pages on Google.co.nz, pages from New Zealand) when we searched the same phrase only a week earlier.
The phrases used in the search relates to a core business activity of Aztec Builders. Their experience in the education construction sector provides a unique selling point for Aztec, and one of the skills Shanye Holloway, Director of Aztec wishes his company to be known and found for.
How did we achieve this amazing Google ranking result?
For one thing, there's a right way and a wrong way to build your website. The old Aztec website was most certainly built the wrong way. Their new website, however, was redesigned and rebuilt from the ground up by Hart Design using certain techniques, and with search engine optimisation in mind.
